I'm just going to say it... they truly are the best tortillas.
I absolutely love the almond flour tortillas for tacos and quesadillas. They're soft but they crisp up nicely and hold together while you eat them. The flavor is mildly nutty, buttery, and they just melt in your mouth. The ingredients are on point too: almond flour, tapioca flour, water, sea salt, and xanthan gum. I haven't been able to try the coconut & chia or the cassava & coconut flavors yet, but I'm sure they won't disappoint.
If you've heard of Siete, you've probably heard people raving about their tortilla chips. Their chips are made from awesome ingredients too, like cassava flour, coconut flour, avocado oil, and ground chia seeds. They taste amazing, and they have the perfect crunch. I'm not as crazy about their chips as I am about their tortillas... but both are delicious, and I try to keep them on hand for emergency Mexican food cravings!
